I’m David Bundrage, the founder and operator of Skyborne Aerial Imaging, where I deliver high-quality aerial photography and videography for real estate, agriculture, solar and infrastructure inspections, and mapping projects.
Before starting Skyborne, I served 7 years in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantryman and Paratrooper, including combat deployment to Iraq, where I was honored as a decorated combat veteran. That experience instilled in me the discipline, precision, and safety-first mindset that I carry into every flight.
Today, I’m an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and I’m continuing to grow my expertise through advanced training at Clemson University, where I study FLIR thermal imaging, aerial thermography, and orthomosaic/mapping workflows.
Beyond the professional side, I’m a dedicated single father and a proud “cat dad.” My journey through service, sacrifice, and family life has shaped my commitment to excellence, reliability, and integrity — values that define the way I approach every project with Skyborne.

As a certified FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, I take both safety and privacy very seriously. My commitment is to provide professional aerial photography while respecting the rights and privacy of individuals and property owners.

Legal Compliance: All flights are conducted in accordance with FAA regulations and applicable local laws.

Property Rights: I do not capture or publish photos/videos of private property without permission from the owner or authorized representative.

Personal Privacy: I avoid intentionally recording individuals in a way that intrudes on their reasonable expectation of privacy (for example, in backyards, through windows, or in sensitive areas).

Data Protection: Any photos or videos taken for clients are securely stored and shared only with the client or their authorized representatives. They will never be sold, shared, or distributed without prior consent.
